Pros

Collaborative and helpful culture that provides many internal resources to make sure you have or at least connected with the appropriate expertise to complete your job. Implementation staff receive very large raises yearly (ranging from 12%-40% increases.

Cons

In impelementation at least, you will most likely have a large workload that may be tough to manage, which often requires working high hours. Work-life balance may be difficult to achieve or maintain.

Pros

In order: Health Insurance - Great price, great coverage Culinary options - at cost food, large variety Team Support - Plenty of experts on the team who are almost always willing to hop on a call to help Growth opportunities - Plenty of folks have the ability to very quickly become an expert in a niche functionality, become a manager, work with C-suite execs at hospital systems, or any combination of those 3. Pay - Everyone gets yearly raises and bonuses which can be very large for high performers. Stock offers are given after 2 years tenure. Travel - I travel roughly 5 times per year for work, this has included Boston, Florida, San Francisco, Dallas, and other smaller cities throughout the US. Epic allows you to attach PTO and will buy your plane ticket to a 3rd location and will only pass the additional cost to you. This has often turned into completely free trips for my vacations.

Cons

Work / life balance - They will work you as hard as you let them.
