Pros

Evergent is a company going through fantastic growth, and with that comes the opportunity for personal learning and growth. The product is way ahead in the market place with a breadth no other competing product can rival, so from a sales and marketing point of view, we don't have to 'try to it look good'. The management team is conscientious, personable and look out for each team member. If you're focused, collaborative, know your stuff, and can provide breadth as well as depth with your skills- this would be a great place to work.

Cons

Evergent is going through some fantastic growth right now, so if you're a person that wants an 'easy job' and the back seat - this is not the right place for you.

Pros

We always get paid in advance or on time at least. This company would be a total trash of they can't even do that when they make us work like a horse! But if you're a workaholic and don't have a family waiting for you at home, you'll be fine.

Cons

Evergent is a global company making huge revenues yearly, and while the salary is decent and the benefits seem good, it's actually trash! Include HR and their leadership to that as well! Our office building looked nice on the outside, but it's usually untidy and disorganized inside! The free food and coffee at the pantry were stale so people just ignore them. Also, management is plagued with rotten people! You'll find either control freaks or narcissists, its impossible to please them or take a breather from them! You'll lose it if you're mentally weak. They will pressure you, crush you, and the stress is just insanely overwhelming!!
