Pros

Evergent is a great place to work with an amazing talent onboard, solid leadership team, solid culture, great atmosphere to learn and grow personally along with the company and great perks. I get excited to go to work each day, I find myself constantly thinking of ways to improve within my role or new strategies as I want to help the company grow. Definite our CEO is one amazing mentor to look up to, he is extremely approachable, always there when you need advice, guidance, or just a simple chat. GREAT PLACE TO WORK!!!!!!

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind other than the basic PTO

Pros

I was going to write a 4 paragraph essay about how great this company is, but I decided to just summarize it into two. My colleagues are incredibly smart, motivated and hard-working, I love how everyone voluntarily takes on the responsibilities and regardless of how busy they are, they still help others when needed. Senior managers are all very patient and take time to make sure new hires understand everything. The co-working space environment is very comfortable. Free coffee and snacks are provided in the cafeteria. Evergent also has awesome company benefits! Besides the basic PTO, health insurance...etc, free lunch is provided! Growth and collaboration with others were my main goals in my career search. Evergent has such a great product with really smart people working together to reach company goals. I am very lucky to join this company. No more Monday blues ever!

Cons

no, keep up the good work!

Pros

A great great company for employees to get their feet wet. This company is perfect for a fresher and a starting engineer/project manager or technical folks to feel safe and learn the business and the technical domain. Highly recommend it for people who don't want to venture too much into the emerging technology side of things. But the company is taking valuable decisions on the next steps and should hope to see some drastic changes in terms of their technology stack. Re-packing a new gift with a different wrapping paper isn't good. But their people investments in the recent months have been good. Their leadership is always looking for new ways to acquire people. Great benefits. Above par compensation Good out of office retreats

Cons

Like I have mentioned, the company needs to be more transparent and not be penny wise pound foolish. Do not live on your past glory. Offer your employees with good training modules. Employ people who want to grow and want to expand the product base. Do not restrain the employees from learning and contributing to the product catalog. Remove the old way of thinking. Paranoia among employees who have been in the company for a longer period of time is a turn off. Embrace change for the good. Old is gold is no longer the way of business. Invest in people who embrace change and want to bring in change. Constant rift between people in US and India. People do not embrace change. No proper "product" management or product innovation

Thanks for your feedback. To date, most of Evergent's engineering team is based out of India, and we haven't had an engineer who worked for more than a year in Sunnyvale and left the company. In any case, we thought it's important for us to share where we stand on some of the points you've expressed concern. Over the last year, Evergent has more than doubled its time size, and we've had less than 3% attrition. We are working hard to distill the company's core values and culture into every new Evergent team member. Innovation and team development are two things that we strongly care. Every Evergent team member goes through 100+ hours of training when they join the company. Also, all the team members are trained extensively on the job. Our team members take pride in what they bring to the table and over the last year, our team members have made 200+ enhancements to grow the product footprint. We are also laser focused on our customers’ needs. We look at innovative ways to add value to our customers. Product innovation is at the core of what we do. We are super proud of what our team is doing. We manage over 330M+ user accounts in over 180 countries on behalf of our customers. We serve 5 of the top 10 carriers and 5 of top 10 media companies globally. We are just getting started. Yes, we are people focused. At the end of the day, it is people working with people that provide value to businesses that in turn are serving people.
