Pros

I’m still in shock of how quickly management got on top of all the COVID regulations and safety guidelines. The company took it seriously from the very beginning and we haven’t had any issues either keeping up the work flow or feeling like our health was at risk. There’s a lot more I could mention but I really want the focus of my review to be on just how much the company did to keep all of safe through the uncertainty of the past year (both our bodies and our jobs).

Cons

I’m sure in hindsight there was more they could have done. But given the speed at which everything unfolded and how much it took all of us by surprise, I’d say they did an excellent job.

Fast growing company with strong leadership. I work with people who are very intelligent and great at what they do. With fast growth comes some changes and the team is adaptable and flexible which is important.

Cons

Very stable organization with solid foundation, family oriented, lots of opportunities to learn, excellent atmosphere/team work, great leadership and people. work is fun, even with challenges!

Cons

I've haven't found any as I look forward to a long-term career
