I’ve met Vijay on several occasions and I can honestly say he’s one of the most kind, down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. You would never guess that he owned the entire company because he speaks to everyone with the same level of interest and compassion. I like knowing that I work for such a kind-hearted and caring man. I know it makes a difference in the way he runs the company.

Professional development is a guarantee. If you’re coming on with only a small amount of experience you’ll be able to learn the ins and outs of the industry. Even if you end up leaving the company at some point other companies will likely be more than happy to pick you up just by having Evergent on your resume.

Friendly, welcoming, good to work with, well organized

Cons

Sometimes the language barrier is difficult as more than half of the employees work from offices in India so I have a hard time understanding their accent. Other than that everything has been good so far.
