Pros

Great starter supervisor position Most LOB's will give you appropriate training There are a couple of directors that will lead, rather than expecting you to know everything right out the gate

Cons

-Some LOB's pay 12 dollars an hour. You will not know what you make until you are hired. -HR poaches for glassdoor reviews. It is attached to the Rockstar award (achievement award), and push supervisors to provide Rockstar's to everyone weekly. -You will need not receive an offer letter if you transfer to a new LOB, so you will not know what your ROP, job functions, or term with the LOB are. -The harder you work, the more they add to your plate until you feel you have no choice but to quit. -If you report someone to HR, HR will advise that person who reported them -If you tell upper management that you have too much on your plate, you will be ignored. -If you give pushback because proper protocols are not being followed, you will be ignored. -Favoritism is a big thing with this company. So are conflicts of interest such as a husband reporting to a wife. -It's not about what you do, its about who you know.
