Pros
A very friendly environment, no politics at all. They do care about the employees. Small company that despite the size does a lot of great things. Not a lot of red tape, working really fast and smart. Product is very interesting and very sophisticated. The company is taking market share and growing the mood is very optimistic and it has a lot of merits. There is no age discrimination and experienced engineer are well appreciated. Fun to work in this environment. This company has a winning culture!
Cons
Benefits (like healthcare) is not as rich as in the big companies. No matching for 401(k) like in the big companies.
