Pros

Exiger has made a meaningful commitment to AI-driven product development, and that investment is reshaping how risk and compliance teams respond to emerging market challenges. The company’s decade-long investment in data collection and intelligence gives it a real competitive advantage and a strong foundation for long-term growth.

Cons

This is not a low-intensity environment. The company is moving quickly, expectations are high, and success requires a high level of agency and self-direction. Those who thrive in ambiguity and move with urgency will do well; those who need heavy structure may struggle.

Pros

- Real world impact of the product - CEO a true innovator - Low ego culture

Cons

It is honestly difficult to identify significant downsides from my experience. The main tradeoff was that the company moved quickly, which sometimes meant changing priorities.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO, remote work protected for those on remote-only contracts from the COVID years. - Individual team is fantastic with deep respect for the work and each other

Cons

- Absolutely terrible salary ranges for junior staff with little to no annual adjustments. Even for title raises. - Regularly working beyond job scope which only normalizes being underpaid as you promote, no talent pipeline for actual supply chain intelligence - just sales and Customer engagement roles - Annual layoffs create massive knowledge gaps within the company. - Titles are virtually useless as nearly everyone who gets recruited to Sales and GTM is immediately Senior Director or SVP - Regularly told we can't hire or make salary adjustments to existing staff only to announce SVP hiring bursts on LinkedIn - Technical leadership lacks a clear vision, and there are often competing and redundant priorities between teams - Culture continues to push towards sales bloat without adequately growing delivery teams and providing resources to infrastructure/tech staff - Recognition goes to the loudest voices in the room rather than the people quietly delivering great work - Absolutely absurd priorities in funding: Exiger sponsored the president's birthday parade in Spring 2025, had major layoffs in December 2025, and then turned around and sponsored the Great American State Fair in Summer 2026, all while staff are actively leaving the company due to low salaries
