Pros

It's a great place to start in the financial industry. It is fun with the sales promotion we have to attract more customers. It's heading to be a traditional bank. You really get to bond with your co-workers since you spend lot's of time with them.

Cons

I hate it that is open on Sunday and Holidays. This is time to be with the family.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
