Pros

Can't really think of anything positive to say about Fisher Associates. New management coming into play and they no longer care about their long term loyal employees.

Cons

Hiring high end management and getting rid of anyone that questions management's decisions. Soon it will be a company tumbling from the top down. Seem to be getting rid of the long term employees.

Pros

Everyone is friendly, cooperative and always ready to share their expertise. My mentors and supervisors were very knowledgeable and were eager to help me and educate me on various skills. I would recommend this company as a workplace for their relaxed work atmosphere, great culture and professionalism.

Cons

Honestly cannot name any negatives.

Pros

Fisher is a genuinely supportive place to work. The leadership team is transparent and communicates regularly — you’re kept in the loop on company updates, and it’s easy to reach out with questions or ideas. The project work is interesting and diverse, and you’re given a good amount of responsibility early on, which makes the job feel meaningful. There are plenty of opportunities to collaborate across disciplines — engineering, planning, landscape architecture, land development, and more — which makes the work both well-rounded and dynamic. The flexible hybrid schedule is a big plus, and the company does a nice job organizing office activities to keep people connected. One thing I really appreciate is how friendly and efficient they are when it comes to immigration sponsorship — the process is clear, timely, and handled with care, which isn’t something every firm gets right.

Cons

Some internal systems take a little time to get used to, and onboarding for new PMs could be a bit more structured to help with that transition. The company offers a fixed 401(k) contribution, which is helpful, though it doesn’t follow a traditional matching structure. PTO is fairly standard, but there isn’t separate sick leave. There’s also currently no formal parental leave policy, which may be worth reviewing as the company continues to grow.
