- It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a company that’s actively growing — you feel like your work is contributing to something bigger - Half-day Fridays — a rare and appreciated benefit - Hybrid schedule - Woman-founded — Claire, our founder, still visits and remains incredibly approachable - A down-to-earth and humble CEO who often stays late at events and steps in wherever needed — she genuinely cares about the company and its people - A manager who truly cares about me as a person, not just an employee - Fisher consistently hires kind, collaborative individuals who make it a great place to work - The culture is welcoming and fun — we have a dedicated Fun Committee that organizes social events and team activities, and the events just get better each year - $600 annual wellness reimbursement (for those enrolled in health insurance) — applicable to fitness, wellness, and even concert tickets

Cons

Benefits are solid but still evolving — that said, I’ve seen improvements each year. It’s clear the company is actively working to strengthen them.

Pros

Can't really think of anything positive to say about Fisher Associates. New management coming into play and they no longer care about their long term loyal employees.

Cons

Hiring high end management and getting rid of anyone that questions management's decisions. Soon it will be a company tumbling from the top down. Seem to be getting rid of the long term employees.

Most of the people there were very nice and friendly all around. A clean, professional work environment

Cons

Micromanaging every aspect of the company, low pay and terrible raises and bonuses. They have high hopes but have no idea how to run a company
