Pros
It is an easy job with some great coworkers. The training is comprehensive and they offer a lot of tools to help you study the menu. Not to early or late hours. Can be a fun place to work, if you get scheduled good hours you make good money. I would recommend working at any other Flowerchild besides the one in Chandler.
Cons
I was there for less than a year (8 months) and saw two front of house mangers leave, tons of server/cook overturn. Communication between managers and servers is not ideal. I really enjoyed my first few months working here, however, I've never had a reason to dislike management until this job. If they have a problem they will not address it with you first, but instead give you an official write up, your hours will get severely cut, and you will be sent home hours before your shift is originally supposed to end. I had to contact HR multiple times because management would not allow to me to use my sick hours.
