There are too many to list. Upper management is dishonest and rude. If they make you a promise, get it in writing. They do not provide enough shifts to live, then penalize you if you try to work elsewhere. It is a revolving door of managers, as they jump ship when they realize how terrible it is to work in that environment. While the "house" takes a 22% service fee with deceptive wording, they don't guarantee gratuity for banquets. This often results in an angry guest who may or may not tip the workers. Nobody was able to explain where the 22% house fee goes, but it is not to the employees. The business is focused on fleecing the public, and the employees pay for it. The CEO puts herself out as a community leader while paying her employees poverty level wages. They employ a lot of inexperienced staff, as anyone who has worked more than a day in the industry knows to stay away. This results in poor service and bad experiences for the guests, who pay a premium for the privilege of giving the business their money.
