Lower-level employees are kind and want to help.

Cons

ELT is out-of-touch and at times openly hostile to employees. They boast about doing amazingly, then lay off 15-20% of the company. Some of those folks were hired just a few months ago. There is no true strategic direction with a lackluster AI product, and toxic positivity abounds.

- Strategic direction from leadership is still too vague, though it’s trending in the right direction - Too many competing priorities dilute focus and stretch teams thin - Decision-making can be slow and overly consensus-driven, which drags down execution speed - No 401k match
