Pros

Good pay and WFH benefits

Cons

Leadership is completely unrealistic with their goals and the marketing and sales team has been like a revolving door. Sales team has very little support from a marketing/partnership standpoint. In the interview process I was told we would have great inbound support as well as partnership support and when I joined realized there is virtually none. Management just barks orders and expects results but has no real game plan to help. Be transparent with the people you hire instead of misleading people. Unprofessional environment overall and would not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback and we're sorry that you have not had a good experience working with Gladly so far. We have worked hard on rebuilding the marketing team over the past few months to deliver more initiatives that will create more pipeline opportunities. In addition, we are focused on enablement for our sales teams to set them up with the right tools and resources to be successful in their roles.

Pros

- Mission-driven company solving a real customer need - Smart, capable teams who care about the work - Strong product-market fit and happy customers - Incredible customer list - Lots of opportunity to take ownership and drive impact - New CEO is leading the company in the right direction

Cons

- Strategic direction from leadership is still too vague, though it’s trending in the right direction - Too many competing priorities dilute focus and stretch teams thin - Decision-making can be slow and overly consensus-driven, which drags down execution speed - No 401k match

Pros

Smart people, currently iterating product fast

Cons

Poor leadership, very self serving, they only want to promote themselves and only care about optics they do not care about output but only input to make it look like youre doing busy work even though it does not relate to impact
