Joined GL last quarter and strongly believe that I made a right decision in-fact a great decision :) . Mentioning +ve which I could gather during such a short time - Great work life balance - Leaders at all level put strong emphasis on this and treat every employee as an asset. Policies like wfh based on project work, free metro shuttle, and many more contributes a lot in this direction - Openness - you can just walk-in with your concern, feedback, ideas on improving thing and talk to leaders at any position and I bet you would get the support and encouragement . - Career Opportunity and work : Employees are encouraged to work and enhance on their strong points and given ample chance to improve on their weakness. - Employee Benefit - Performers are motivated with reward and recognition which goes a long way in building a connect with employer -Leadership Connect - Very transparent , this makes you feel well connected with company goals . - Integrated environment - One thing I like most is the seamless connect between delivery and other support groups (Resourcing\HR\Finance\IT) which goes a long way in improving productivity and make your day to day work hassles free.
