Surrounded by great people. Great culture and the company cares about investing in its people. Its about more than the move here.

Cons

Logistics can get hectic and it can definitely get a bit stressful. However, having a great team to help you when in needs makes the difference.

Most positions are remote/ work from home

Cons

Since the change in upper customer service management, employees are starting to feel more like numbers than valued individuals. Gulf Winds once had a family like atmosphere, but that has faded. There is no distinction in pay or bonuses between high performers and lazy employees who put in minimal effort.
