Pros

You have a job at least. Even though they don't pay well at least you're getting paid something.

Cons

As an owner operator the commission they charge you is HORRIBLE. They charge you 24% and you still have to pay your fuel and insurance which is a combined total of like 65% OFF YOUR CHECK!

Pros

Remote with everything you need provided

Cons

Absolutely horrible management. Top down. They do not have your back. Get told to do one thing and when it doesn’t work out, you are blamed and thrown under the bus. Decisions get made and we are told to enforce them. When drivers get mad, management back tracks and tells them we don’t know what we are talking about. Communication across the company is almost non existent. No one takes responsibility for anything. I have found that most everyone in the different departments are the king and queens of passing the buck.
