Pros

-Established market leader with strong, visionary leadership and tremendous potential for company growth, and career advancement. -Values based workplace. Values play an integral role in all decision making and set the tone for professional conduct. -Hard work is rewarded with salary increases and promotions. -Work from home benefits for some positions -Company started it's own non-profit to invest in lives around the world. Gives a sense that you are working for the greater good. -Family Centric work place - At Gulf Winds you are a person with a family, and you are treated as such. -Work is stimulating and the days fly by. -Great systems and technology to support job functions. -Comfortable offices -Caring and competent mid level managers -Competitive pay and great benefits -- medical, dental, vision, generous PTO -Plenty of employee parties, appreciation events and recognition

Cons

-Communication can sometimes be sub-par -Company is so successful that workload can be a lot for some individuals (not unmanageable, but you can't sit idly and expect to keep up.)

Pros

Home daily and weekend but not much else

Cons

Pay is nowhere near their advertising rate. They take ALL of the fuel surcharge back as their commission. I worked most weeks just to buy fuel and make a truck payment. It's a trap unless you have a paid for truck then you may take home a little money.
