Great place to begin working. Can become over worked and overwhelmed after a while, the foundation and volunteer opportunities are really great.

Cons

Management, expectations are much higher than what you can fit into an 8 hour work day.

Most positions are remote/ work from home

Since the change in upper customer service management, employees are starting to feel more like numbers than valued individuals. Gulf Winds once had a family like atmosphere, but that has faded. There is no distinction in pay or bonuses between high performers and lazy employees who put in minimal effort.
