(If 80% of the "plan" fails.... then it's, by definition, not a plan.) - All drivers complain daily and are ready to quit. Certain drivers get treated WAY better than others. Management doesn't care about this, they think those drivers that complain should go chase per diem boxes (work twice as long for half the compensation.)
