Engaged Employer

The core values will be the opposite of what you experience - Dispatcher Gulf Winds International Employee Review

Pros

- Good pay with work-from-home options

Cons

- Disorganized - Disrespectful - Unethical - Unfair - 80% of the "planners" plan fail daily and dispatch is expected to clean up the mess. (If 80% of the "plan" fails.... then it's, by definition, not a plan.) - All drivers complain daily and are ready to quit. Certain drivers get treated WAY better than others. Management doesn't care about this, they think those drivers that complain should go chase per diem boxes (work twice as long for half the compensation.)

Pros

Most positions are remote/ work from home

Cons

Since the change in upper customer service management, employees are starting to feel more like numbers than valued individuals. Gulf Winds once had a family like atmosphere, but that has faded. There is no distinction in pay or bonuses between high performers and lazy employees who put in minimal effort.
