Everyone is kind and helpful, quarterly bonuses, holiday bonuses, sends gifts for winning challenges bdays and anniversaries, benefits are good, they hire well within, pto and volunteer times, company charity group can go on trips out of the country, company events with just employees and others with family.. Lots to learn and keep up with but information is provided with easy access as well as there are ppl in positions to assist

I personally overall just wish the pay was more but I’m certain not everyone feels that way and good with their salary

Most positions are remote/ work from home

Since the change in upper customer service management, employees are starting to feel more like numbers than valued individuals. Gulf Winds once had a family like atmosphere, but that has faded. There is no distinction in pay or bonuses between high performers and lazy employees who put in minimal effort.
