Most employees are nice and help each other out.

Cons

Training management sucks. They do not prepare you enough before getting thrown in the thick of it. Hard to get started correctly.

Most positions are remote/ work from home

Cons

Since the change in upper customer service management, employees are starting to feel more like numbers than valued individuals. Gulf Winds once had a family like atmosphere, but that has faded. There is no distinction in pay or bonuses between high performers and lazy employees who put in minimal effort.
