Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so glad (but not surprised) that you found the incredible team members, work-life balance and the ability to work from home to be elements of Healthe that you loved. These are definite contributors to our people voting us a Top Workplace in the US so although we’re not surprised by this, it’s always wonderful to hear it! It is also helpful to hear your perspective on some areas of concern. We have high expectations of our leaders and you didn’t have the experience we expect or require. It is however reassuring to know that the leadership issues you experienced were addressed so others don’t have a similar experience. We realize that talented, driven individuals need opportunities to learn new skills, work with advanced technologies and drive towards their own goals in order to wholeheartedly engage in their work and grow in their careers. This is true for all of us, so we place a lot of emphasis on personal and professional growth at Healthesystems. We strive for each individual to have a Development Plan in place that is actionable and supported by their leader and we have career paths defined and shared across the organization to help people to see opportunities to grow within the organization. Competitive compensation and benefits packages are also key to attracting and retaining talented folks, so each year we evaluate these things very closely and make any adjustments needed to ensure we remain competitive in these areas.
