* Freedom to work on every part of the stack, take a product idea in your head all the way to customers. * Awesome people to work with and learn from, there are some on every team and in every function. * Focus on customer delight. * Product solves real problems for people. Company has real revenue. Not another buzzword laden social, local, mobile app.

Cons

There is no guidebook. You must learn to deal with ambiguity. This may be a con for some. Is a learning opportunity for others.
