I am working at Highfive more than a year now. Very smart, friendly co-workers and always have something to learn. Always get challenging projects and moving very fast. I am part of the engineering team and never felt a glimpse of politics, everyone help each other and get the work done fast. If you want to work on something specific its just a matter of discussing it with your manager, you'll get it. CTO shows honest interest in employees career goals.
