After several years of contracting, the new leadership team that came in in 2017 has really driven accountability thru out the organization and actually holds people accountable. The result is a shop full of work, with investments in equipment and people. Work is challenging and rewarding as the company continues to get business from new markets that H&S didn’t play in before.

Fast paced and constant change of priorities due to the focus the organization is placing on repairs.

There are plenty of good companies out there. Once you have worked here, you will be eager to explore them all.

Safety is at serious risk here. The arrogant and evil leadership doesn't care about employee safety. You will feel horribly challenged due to the poor safety. You might have to work very cautiously to avoid injuries. The work hours are also long, brutal, and exhausting. There is no end to the work you do. You finish one task, and ten more would be waiting for you. It's enough to make anyone feel drained and exceptionally tired. If you are okay with handling new challenges daily, then only work here. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options. I was lucky to get another job elsewhere. If I didn't, I would have stayed unemployed rather than work in this horrible company.
