Revolving door with very poor benefits.

Pros

Not much, just a workplace if desperate

Cons

This place became a revolving door because of the mis-management of the company in recent years. They offer one of the worst health plans ever with high deductible and high premiums.

Pros

-Paychecks haven't bounced yet -Unlimited overtime and you don't even have to work, just be there

Cons

-Management is terrible -Same recurring problems over and over -No accountability -No space -Too many cheifs and not enough Indians -No wage increases -No reviews -Solution to all problems is work more hours -No appreciation -Very high amount of revenue is wasted instead of invested in employees and the business

Pros

Good people overall. Solid Products

Cons

People who were not good, were really really bad. No cooperation between departments, everyone out for themselves. Silos everywhere and no clue how it affects production, sales and overall morale. Several absolute cancers in engineering that should have been canned ages ago. Company has gone down hill since bought in 2013. Combination of bad economy for their products and extremely poor management from ownership level.
