Racism and sexism are rampant. Less than 10% of employees are female and most are in the lowest positions in the company. Even in the shop, most employees are white. Compared to the ethnic makeup of Cleveland the mix of employees is exceedingly disproportionate. Managers do not leverage the employees knowledge, instead speak down to them, ignore their input and dictate nonsensical policies. New management is always brought in from outside; there is no promotion within the company. If you get hired for a position this will be your position for your entire career with the company.

This is a horrible place to work at. There is no communication. There are no written procedures on how to do your job. There are not enough gages to use. The quality system is non existent. The training is very poor which leads to a high turnover rate of employees. People are not held accountable. The health insurance is very high and I don’t smoke. The computers are old and very slow.
