There are plenty of good companies out there. Once you have worked here, you will be eager to explore them all.
Cons
Safety is at serious risk here. The arrogant and evil leadership doesn't care about employee safety. You will feel horribly challenged due to the poor safety. You might have to work very cautiously to avoid injuries.
The work hours are also long, brutal, and exhausting. There is no end to the work you do. You finish one task, and ten more would be waiting for you. It's enough to make anyone feel drained and exceptionally tired.
If you are okay with handling new challenges daily, then only work here. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options. I was lucky to get another job elsewhere. If I didn't, I would have stayed unemployed rather than work in this horrible company.
