Pros

There are no pros. The new owners have no idea how to run a custom gear shop.

Cons

Promoted person from quality department as a supervisor person has no idea how t o be a supervisor should have been fired long ago. New owners bought in a Manger from car parts manufacturer has no idea how to make a customer gear tried to run company like a car manufacturer. He's not there now but in my opinion the damage is done bye bye to h&s. The people that are left should be fired I am so happy to be out of there my new employer actually cares about there employees.
