Pros
Great leadership below the executive level that is very hands-on, flexible, and understanding. Office environment is very good and feels like everybody has each other's backs. People are always willing to step in to help out other teams/projects. Not a culture of 'passing the buck' or shrugging off responsibility. Big emphasis on collaboration to ensure teams are in-the-know on big projects/changes. Good at keeping corporate engagement consistent throughout the year to avoid feeling like you're just a number or cog in the machine. The company actually values diversity, but that could always be better and has improved just in my time here.
Cons
Executive leadership (like at all companies) tends to make decisions that impact lower-level teams without getting input from the team(s) affected. It does often feel like there are too many chiefs, not enough soldiers. Collaboration between larger departments (like HR to IT, Finance/Accounting to IT, etc) could use some improvement to avoid hiccups. IT is a big struggle for HR, but there have been lots of improvements in the last 6-12 months to work on this and continuous feedback is taken into account.
