Opportunities for skill development – Access to INTEGRIS Health Way courses for professional growth. Hybrid work flexibility – A good balance between remote and in-office work. Great tools and resources – Laptops, dual monitors, headsets, and even branded t-shirts provided.

Cons

Limited career advancement outside management – While there are great internal courses like INTEGRIS Health Way, options for growth beyond moving into a leadership role are limited unless you apply for a different position internally. CEO only cares money for himself and his friends.

Good co workers, people know what they are doing, great team. Great culmination of experts in their fields.

Cons

CEO cares only about making money, is outsourcing IT. Said in a town hall meeting "I'm not worried about you (IT), you'll find another job". The outsourcing company is one owned by one of his friends.

Patient care is cutting edge healing. See/do things other hospitals in this area do not have available. Therapist autonomy, Great physicians

Cons

Company has a lay off about every 18 months. In my time as an Admin. Director I had to participate in 5 lay off's in about 7 years. This reduces morale and buy in to company by bedside workers and always ends up costing money because good people leave out of fear and you have to hire and train after the lay offs. Salary is generally significantly below other employers in this area.
