Pros

There are so many great, long term employees who make this company great to work for.

Cons

The CEO is ruining everything INTEGRIS once was. He has gotten rid of so many long term wonderful employees and brought in his own Intermountain people who don’t care about anything more than making a name for themselves. They portray their actions like they care about patient satisfaction and employee engagement, when all they care about is their status in the healthcare world. After the most recent round of layoffs, they have proven they discriminate against employees who voice concerns and stand up for what they believe is right. They need to stop buying other hospitals and engaging in joint ventures and focus on why they are running the financials in to the ground. It’s only a matter of time before the system goes bankrupt due to poor decisions being made my leadership.

Pros

I love me direct manager and my team. They are all dedicated and hardworking individuals who value their contributions to our patients' well being.

Cons

The new C-suite and their priorities are a joke. They do not care about employees or patients - only the bottom line and their investments. They brought in multiple third party (EXPENSIVE) vendors to do work that was already possible in the existing (ALSO EXPENSIVE) systems we already own, including a product many of them are invested in, which coincidentally had a profitable IPO after it was announced that INTEGRIS would be employing their services. 171+ people have been RIF'd in the past 2 weeks with basically no notice, yet we add VPs and other management positions on a weekly basis. HCAHPS scores and US News and World Reports rankings have BOTH suffered under this new leader.

Pros

Not sure there are any at this time.

Cons

Integris decided to hire a bunch of executives that had been canned from Intermountain. I think hiring executives that have failed at other places is not a good strategy from the start. The new team is outsourcing everything they can to Utah or India. It is a real shame to see what has happened to a once great Oklahoma icon.
