      Pros

      I have a great unit and my manager and director are incredible leaders who have high standards and live within the company’s values. The very best part of INTEGRIS is the childcare center for employees. They are amazing and are the biggest reason I stay. Once my children age out of the programs I will leave for another hospital.

      Cons

      CEO and executive leadership do not care about the workforce and have turned INTEGRIS into a money focused business rather than a caring and compassionate place to work. The company values are NOT lived out by the CEO or executive leadership. iCARE means nothing to them. The payrate is below everyone else. If it weren’t for the childcare, I would have left long ago.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
