      Direct leadership is wonderful but unfortunately lacks the power to make any effective changes.

      Cons

      CEO and executive leadership team are very untrustworthy. They lack transparency and fail to communicate the vision with anyone not in an executive role. They don’t follow the mission of the company at all, they follow money at any cost.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
