      Pros

      This is a great company! They have their patients' and employees' best interest at heart.

      Cons

      I think anything negative is directly related to the current economy and issues with Medicaid reimbursement. Once that improves so will everything else.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
