Not employee friendly - Patient Service Representative INTEGRIS Health Employee Review

This is not an employee friendly company. Benefits and perks are sub-par. Most management is non-deserving, and deserving employees are never given a decent shot to advance. This company cares more about image than it does its employees or actual patient care. Morale is down at every level of the company, but especially with the people at the bottom of the ladder. Money is wasted on useless technology to "keep us on the cutting edge", but then employees are told that we are broke and can't afford raises or bonuses. In a nutshell; over-worked and under-paid, and nobody at the top really cares.
