Pros

The people and patients were amazing. It was awesome to come to work and do what you love every day.

Cons

Basically the only con was with the director of the women's center. She was a manipulative unethical disgusting selfish person who cared about herself first and herself only. She would throw anyone any everyone under the bus to save herself or make herself look good. She is untrustworthy and lies like no one I have ever met. I have personally seen her fire several loyal and amazing employees for ridiculous personal reasons. If you crossed her or questioned her in any way you are done. It doesn't matter what your attendance record or professional record was like. You could have amazing reviews and she will do whatever it takes to get rid of you. She had no conscience or compassion what so ever. This may sound like a bitter ex employee rant but trust me, I was there for almost 9 years and the things I have witnessed her do are truly unbelievable. She has someone from upper management looking out for her because honestly I don't know how she continues to get away with what she does.

Pros

I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

Cons

I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

Pros

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

Cons

understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
