      INTEGRIS focuses on quality, safety, and the patient experience. INTEGRIS provides a true family environment that all staff can enjoy.

      Cons

      I wish they would bring back the retirement match. Pay is fair but not on the higher end of the spectrum and benefits are comparable to other organizations.

      With the fiscal year 2017 starting in July, the employer retirement match comes back! Although we had to temporarily give up the match in 2016, your perseverance, dedication and leadership is appreciated.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
