      Pros

      They have multiple hospitals and facilities in Oklahoma City.

      Cons

      The acuity and patients vs. Nurses is unsafe. Southwest Medical Center is the worst. I will never recommend this facility due to friends and family that have died there due to error or complications related to negligence. They also like to fire the best nurses on assumptions. They do not look into unexpected outcomes or events. They are dangerous.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
