      Employees really care about the community.

      Cons

      New CEO and team seem to have been brought in to kill this company. He actually said he is not concerned with the employment future of IT employees. There is no future at this once great company. Dont wast you time even looking at this place. It a dead company, we are just waiting for the funeral.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
