      Family Oriented, They did not hesitate to say yes if we needed time off for kids functions at school

      Cons

      Some poor decisions and no backbone in management, Too many times the heads were turned and problems swept under the rug and not addressed

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
