Pros

Seems to be a good place for doctors and APPs.

Cons

Operations, finance, and other support service lines are all understaffed and underpaid. Unstable, always restructuring. Concerns for the above are swept under the rug until inevitably mistakes occur.

Pros

My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

Cons

Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
