Pros

a lot of employees have worked her for years (although many are leaving with new CEO)

Cons

new CEO is rude to employees and focused on money not patient care. so many long term employees are leaving. it used to feel like you worked with family, now it feels more like working for a large corporation. this is now a very top-heavy hospital system. they no longer take into consideration clinician input. well-respected, experienced physicians are treated like they are replaceable and worthless. nurses are always short staffed and overworked. health insurance is very expensive and you can only go to integris providers.

Pros

I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

Cons

I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

Pros

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

Cons

understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
