      Pros

      Better than any of the local hospitals Nurses are nicer than other hospitals Overall friendly environment to work in Everyone works together really well

      Cons

      The nurse / tech relationship is bad. The techs treat patients horribly and everyone shrugs it off as their personality. The nurses treat the techs horribly. Some of them deserve it, others it feels like they're summing us up based on one person's actions.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
