      Pros

      The people, but they keep leaving.

      Cons

      Took away shift diff. Waited over a year for a few cent raise. Can only use insurance at Integris. Unsafe staffing, usually 6 to 1. Very high turnover. Lack of supplies. Sometimes zero or 1 tech for 24 patients. Popcorn is not a substitute for fair wages and safe staffing ratios.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
