      Friendly and kind work environment, supervivors worked hard to find you a position if they feel you are a hard worker.

      Cons

      It is extremely difficult to find a higher ranked position if you are not a registered RN. I held a communications degree and was hired based solely on my interactions with other nurses who worked on the floor.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
