Pros
In my experience, my manager has allowed me the opportunity to excel at what I love to do and take ownership of my field. There is a high level of trust. I am seen as an expert in my craft. Teamwork is integral to what happens here and attitudes are excellent for the most part. I'm compensated well, and there is a great deal of flexibility in many areas.
Cons
Corporate red tape is a very real thing around here, and it occasionally slows things down.
