The company policies need to be updated, especially the policy regarding unplanned absence. The paid leave is all in one. Sick leave, vacation, personal leave, if the clinic has to be closed for any reason it all comes out of the same paid time off account. Raises are given yearly but they range from 1 to 3% depending on how you score on your evaluation. Of course no one gets a perfect score because there is always something everyone needs to improve on. Not feeling appreciated by the company. Based on my recent job search the pay is below average. The focus of the company is profit over employees and patient care.
